Thank you again for your work on this problem. We asked them to come out to drain the septic tank. We had bought the house approximately 3 years ago. We weren't given any details about the septic tank and its whereabouts. The house was built in the 1930s. I knew there was one on the side of the house. Found out that this one was full of mud and couldn't be the active one. Due to the diligent nature of the operator, we were able to find the active one in the back. It didn't appear that it was very full. I started questioning the whole process when he drained it and the toilets were still not flushing. I had another operator come out the next day to double check. Found that there was water leaking around from the old cast iron pipes. At this point, we had to address the real problem and have someone come in to replace the pipes according to Florida standard. I would like to thank your crew for being patient and getting the job done, to include the office manager. Kudos!
