Bill Siple came out to Mims to do just a pump out, and because he was very knowledgeable, he was able to let us know that we needed a new drain field and new tanks because of their age. A short-timed job took a couple hours because something broke with the truck's pump and we had to wait for a mechanic to come out and fix it, but his patience helped with mine and the loss of my morning. Definitely recommend Bill to come and help you out.
